Data Deletion Request

You have the right to ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. This page explains what gets deleted, what we’re required to keep for legal reasons, and how to send the request.

How to request deletion

Email sales@qckhome.com with the subject line: “Data deletion request”

Include in the email body:

  • Your full name
  • The phone number(s) you have shared with us (WhatsApp or call)
  • The email address(es) you have used to contact us
  • A brief statement confirming you’re the person the data belongs to

You can also call us at +91 75503 10099 to submit a request verbally; we’ll follow up in writing to confirm.

What we’ll delete

  • Your lead record in our CRM (name, phone, email, requirements, notes)
  • All WhatsApp conversation history with our +91 80493 68474 number
  • All email correspondence with our sales@qckhome.com inbox
  • Any activity or timeline records tied to your lead
  • Marketing lists that include your contact information

What we’re required to keep

If you have been our customer (purchased a cottage from us), we’re required by Indian law to retain certain records even after a deletion request:

  • GST invoices and tax records: 8 years, per Section 36 of the CGST Act
  • Sale contracts and payment records: up to 8 years for statutory and dispute-resolution reasons

These records will be kept isolated from any active marketing or outreach use — we won’t contact you or use these records for business development after your deletion request.

Timeline

  • We’ll acknowledge your request within 3 business days
  • We’ll complete the deletion within 30 days(usually much faster; the 30-day window is a legal maximum)
  • You’ll get a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Third-party data

Some of your data lives in tools operated by other companies (Meta, Google, AiSensy, AWS). When you request deletion from us, we’ll:

  • Delete your data from OUR databases and CRM immediately
  • Ask each third-party provider to delete their copies of your data — subject to their own retention policies. For example, Meta and Google retain aggregated analytics data per their published schedules regardless of individual deletion requests.

If you also want to remove your data directly from those third-party services, use their own deletion tools:

Confirming your identity

To protect you, we’ll verify that the deletion request is genuinely from you before we act. This typically means matching the email address you email from against one we have on file, or a short WhatsApp exchange from the phone number you shared with us.

If we can’t verify your identity within 15 days, we may ask for more information or decline the request; we’ll always tell you why.
